The Mandate Team

Norman Cameron is the chairman of The Mandate committee. He is the Minister of High Kirk Presbyterian Church in Ballymena.

Eilidh Patterson joined EM in January 2009 as The Mandate Co-ordinator and works Mon-Wed, 9-5pm. She attends CFC church in Belfast.

Lyndon Bowring is the Executive Chairman for CARE. He is a ‘consultant minister’ at Kensington Temple and serves as the chair of the Council of Management of Spring Harvest.

David Millen serves as Director of Ministries with Evangelical Ministries. He has been a past Mandate chairman and also serves as an elder in Woodlands Church Carrickfergus.

Stuart Noble is Parliamentary & Development Officer for CARE in Northern Ireland. He attends Willowfield Parish Church in East Belfast.

Raymond Magowan has served on the team of Evangelical Ministries for the past 32 years. He is a member of Dundonald Presbyterian Church.

Stanley McFarland is an elder in Second Saintfield Presbyterian Church and has been involved with EM for 30 years, serving on the Board for the past 10 years. 

William Orr is rector of the joint parishes of Muckamore, Killead & Gartree. He enjoys football, golf and all things sporting and is currently chaplain to Glenavon FC. Come on the Lurgan Blues!!!

Alan Sheppard is an assistant director for primary Care in the Northern Health & Social Services Board. He is an elder in West Presbyterian Church in Ballymena.

Stuart Hawthorne joined the Mandate Committee in February 2009. He is the youth co-ordinator for Woodlands Presbyterian Church.

James Boyd is the newest member of the Mandate team and is the curate assistant of Magheralin Parish Church.

Clive Price is Media Consultant to The Mandate. An award-winning author, Clive is a qualified journalist, a contributor to newspapers and magazines in the UK and USA, and a writer for a number of leading Christian organisations and charities. His latest book is The Hands And Feet Of Jesus, published by BRF with World Vision.
